ESEL Team Leader

We''re looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee ESEL (Electronic Shelf Edge Label) installation projects across retail and supermarket sites.This hands-on role combines team leadership, installation expertise, customer liaison, and project administration to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise installation teams on-site.Allocate workloads and monitor project progress.Ensure installation quality standards are achieved.Train and support installers where required.Conduct quality checks and resolve issues.Act as the main point of contact for store management.Complete daily reporting and site documentation.Promote safe working practices at all times.Essential RequirementsPrevious team leadership or supervisory experience.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to motivate and manage teams.Good customer service and administration skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Desirable ExperienceRetail fit-outs or shop fitting.Field-based team leadership.Merchandising management.ESEL installation projects.Ideal for:Retail Installation Supervisors, Merchandising Managers, Shop Fitting Team Leaders, and Project Supervisors looking to take the next step in their career.Rate: 240- 260 per day (outside IR35) Contract: Project-based / Contract opportunities available Location: Various retail and supermarket sites across the UKAny reimbursement of mileage, travel, ..... full job details .....
