ESEL Team Leader

We''re looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee ESEL (Electronic Shelf Edge Label) installation projects across retail and supermarket sites.

This hands-on role combines team leadership, installation expertise, customer liaison, and project administration to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Lead and supervise installation teams on-site.
• Allocate workloads and monitor project progress.
• Ensure installation quality standards are achieved.
• Train and support installers where required.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve issues.
• Act as the main point of contact for store management.
• Complete daily reporting and site documentation.
• Promote safe working practices at all times.

• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Good customer service and administration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Retail fit-outs or shop fitting.
• Field-based team leadership.
• Merchandising management.
• ESEL installation projects.

Rate: -240260 per day (outside IR35)
Contract: Project-based / Contract opportunities available
Location: Various retail and supermarket sites across the UK

Any reimbursement of mileage, travel, accommodation, or other business expenses is subject to the requirements, budget, and approval process of the individual project. Expenses are not guaranteed and will be agreed prior to assignment where applicable.
