CONTRACT TEAM LEADER REQUIRED - ESEL INSTALLATION PROJECTS Field-Based Contract Role | Retail andamp; Supermarket Environments | £240-£260 Per DayWe are currently recruiting experienced Contract Team Leaders to oversee Electronic Shelf Edge Label (ESEL) installation projects across retail and supermarket sites throughout the UK.This is a project-based contract opportunity, ideal for experienced field-based leaders who enjoy working on large-scale retail deployments. You will lead installation teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise installation teams on-site.Allocate workloads and monitor project progress.Ensure installation quality standards are achieved.Train and support installers where required.Conduct quality checks and resolve issues.Act as the main point of contact for store management.Complete daily reporting and site documentation.Promote safe working practices at all times.Essential RequirementsPrevious team leadership or supervisory experience.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to motivate and manage teams.Good customer service and administration skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Desirable ExperienceRetail fit-outs or shop fitting.Field-based team leadership.Merchandising management.ESEL installation projects.Contract DetailsRate: £240-£260 per dayRole Type: Contract OpportunityDuration: Project-based assignments with ..... full job details .....
