The business is developing advanced industrial measurement technology and is currently at an early prototype stage. As the company grows, they are looking to introduce ERPNext as the central system for managing manufacturing, stock, procurement, engineering processes, HR and wider business operations. This is not a support-only or purely functional ERP role. They need someone who understands ERP systems properly, but who is also comfortable working hands-on with code, integrations, SQL and the underlying Linux environment. Direct ERPNext/Frappe experience would be ideal, but they are also open to people from other ERP backgrounds who have strong technical depth and can demonstrate that they have customised, integrated and taken ownership of complex ERP environments.
