ERP Systems Superuser - ProductionLocation: East YorkshireSalary: 34,000 - 39,000 per annumJob Type: PermanentHours: Monday to FridayPrestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client who are looking to appoint three ERP Superusers as part of a major new systems transformation project.Our client has been developing a modernised ERP system since 2024 and is now approaching the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the business. These are key positions within the organisation, supporting the successful adoption, day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the new system.As an ERP Systems Superuser - Production, you will become the go-to person for Dynamics 365 within the Production and Manufacturing functions. You will work closely with colleagues across the business and the IT Business Analyst team, helping to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, support users and ensure the system is delivering what the operation needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for ERP-related queries across Production and Manufacturing.Monitor and maintain the health of end-to-end processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.Identify and resolve system, data and process issues that could impact production.Monitor background processes, batch jobs, costing, inventory and production transactions.Investigate bottlenecks, process failures and performance issues, escalating more complex problems where required.Support the ..... full job details .....
