This one gives you all of it. An established manufacturer in Dudley, now part of a European group, needs a Business Systems Specialist to oversee its SAP ERP system and the warehouse, E-commerce, route planning and CRM systems that integrate with it.You will sit in Finance and report to the Financial Controller but you will work with every department, the group systems team, third-party SAP consultants and an IT managed service provider. Your first three months are about learning how everything fits together. After that, you set the priorities and the roadmap.WHAT YOU WILL DOOversee the ERP and its integration with the warehouse, E-commerce, route planning and CRM systems as part of day-to-day operationsBe the first point of contact and escalation for users, managing third-party consultants and vendors through to resolutionProactively lead improvements to the systems across the business, working with all relevant stakeholdersUnderstand the SAP reporting capability and help investigate and improve reports with the group team and consultantsWork with the IT managed service provider on infrastructure and user supportLead practical projects including warehouse ..... full job details .....
