ERP Project Manager

Overview

The role will be responsible for the delivery of

ERP systems projects

across our global client, including:Leading the effective delivery of ERP projects from concept through implementation and post-project review.Managing project deliverables, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and committed to timelines.Coordinating project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, and managing dependencies affecting the project.Establishing and maintaining project governance, including planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and risk/issue management.Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and escalating as necessary to meet project deadlines.Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Administering project meetings, workshops, and reviews, and gathering system requirements to design and implement ERP solutions.Maintaining project documentation, including briefs, execution plans, reports, logs, and registers.Capturing lessons learned to drive improvements in future ERP projects.Using project management tools and techniques (e.g., MS Project, scheduling, risk analysis) to provide transparency and oversight.

Responsibilities

Proven experience delivering

ERP system projects

end-to-end, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, implementation, testing, and post-implementation support.Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, reporting, and

RAID

management.Experience delivering ERP projects in

complex, global environments .Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-makers.Ability to manage multiple ERP projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.Competence with ERP project management tools and reporting ..... full job details .....
