Project Manager - ERP / MDM

3-Month Contract | -650 per day | Outside IR35 | Potential to Extend

We are working exclusively and confidentially with a global, PE-backed food manufacturing business that is currently delivering a major ERP transformation programme.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong possibility of extending into the wider programme for the right individual.

The Role

You will take ownership of a key workstream within the ERP programme, with a particular focus on Master Data Management (MDM). You will be responsible for driving delivery, coordinating internal SMEs and managing the SI to ensure key milestones are achieved.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who is comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced transformation environment and holding senior stakeholders and SMEs accountable.

Key Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience within a major ERP transformation programme.
• Food manufacturing experience is essential.
• Experience implementing MDM as part of an ERP programme, or strong practical knowledge of MDM processes and the ability to demonstrate successful delivery through internal SMEs.
• Strong Systems Integrator (SI) management experience, including holding vendors accountable for delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Strong governance, planning, RAID management and delivery discipline.
• Comfortable working in a PE-backed, international and highly transformational environment.
• Able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and drive delivery in a challenging environment.

Contract

Duration: Initial 3 months, with potential to extend onto the wider ERP programme
