An established organisation is embarking on a major ERP transformation programme and is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Lead to take ownership of the successful delivery of a new enterprise-wide ERP platform.This is a high-profile role that will lead the ERP programme from design through implementation, acting as the key link between the business, technology teams and implementation partners. You will drive decision-making, champion best-practice processes and ensure the solution delivers meaningful business outcomes.The RoleOperating at both strategic and programme-delivery level, you will:Lead the implementation of a new ERP platform across the organisationAct as the primary ERP programme lead, coordinating business, technology and third-party delivery teamsDrive fit-to-standard adoption and challenge unnecessary customisationWork closely with business stakeholders to define future-state processes and operating modelsFacilitate workshops to gather requirements, resolve design decisions and build stakeholder consensusManage ERP scope, priorities, risks and dependencies throughout the programme lifecycleOversee system design, configuration, testing, data migration and deployment activitiesEnsure integration with key business systems including CRM, HR, finance and operational platformsCoordinate implementation partners and hold suppliers accountable for successful deliveryLead change management and ..... full job details .....
