Now you want the opportunity to lead a team, improve delivery and take the next step into management.An ERP vendor is looking for an experienced Senior ERP Implementation Consultant to manage a team of six implementation consultants and grow into a broader Professional Services leadership role.This would suit someone who already leads projects, mentors colleagues and handles difficult client situations, and is ready to take responsibility for the performance of a whole team. Existing ERP Delivery Managers and Professional Services Managers are also welcome.The opportunityYou will give six ERP Implementation Consultants the direction, support and structure they need to deliver successful projects. Your focus will be on getting implementations delivered efficiently, meeting client requirements and making effective use of the team''s time.You will also strengthen the processes behind delivery, from discovery and scoping through project management, testing, go-live and handover to support.This is a hands-on role.
