Connect2Dorset is recruiting an experienced Oracle HCM Transformation Lead to support Dorset Council''s large-scale transformation programme, replacing SAP ECC with Oracle Fusion Cloud across HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement and Projects.This is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion HCM workstream, covering design, implementation, data migration, testing, go-live and hypercare. The successful candidate will act as the Council''s functional lead across all HCM modules and work closely with the Systems Integrator, senior stakeholders and programme teams to ensure a successful transformation.
