In this varied role, you''ll provide functional support for our ERP platform, investigate and resolve system issues, support projects and enhancements, and play a key role in improving business processes across multiple international locations. THE ROLE: As an ERP Functional Analyst you will be responsible for:Providing first-line functional support to ERP users across multiple business functions and international sites.Investigating system issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating resolutions to minimise business disruption.Managing support tickets, ensuring issues are accurately logged, prioritised, and updated through to completion.Working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Warehousing teams to understand and support business processes.Translating user requirements into system improvements, change requests, and development specifications.Supporting ERP system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.Creating and maintaining user documentation, process guides, and ..... full job details .....
