The role will define and lead the data migration strategy, oversee cleansing and business readiness, direct source-to-target mapping and transformation, manage iterative migration cycles, and provide assurance that migrated data is complete, accurate and ready for go-live. The postholder will work across business and technical teams, bringing together Dorset Council subject matter experts, the Systems Integrator and delivery resources to ensure that data migration is planned, governed and executed as a critical programme workstream.
