ERP Change Manager

Your new companyA leading organisation in the manufacturing and engineering sector. Your new roleMy client is seeking an ERP Change Manager on a 2-year FTC to lead the change management workstream across an ERP implementation. You will develop and deliver the change strategy, helping operational teams move from long-established manual and paper-based processes to standardised, digital and ERP-led ways of working. Day to day responsibilities includes change impact assessment, business readiness, communications, resistance management, role-based training, cutover support and post-implementation adoption. What you''ll need to succeedSignificant organisational change experience across multiple ERP implementations.Direct involvement in manufacturing, engineering, industrial or asset-intensive environments.Evidence of moving teams away from manual, paper-based or Legacy processes.Strong operational and shopfloor stakeholder engagement.Practical knowledge of business readiness, training, communications and adoption.A recognised qualification in Prosci, APMG or a comparable change methodology.The credibility to engage senior leaders while remaining visible and effective with frontline.What you''ll get in returnYou can expect a basic salary in the region of £65,000 (DoE), along with a contributory pension (up to 9%), life assurance (4x), bonus scheme (up to £1k) and a range of flexible benefits.*Please only apply if you live within a commutable distance to Sheffield as this role ..... full job details .....
