ERP Change ManagerFixed term An established organisation is embarking on a major ERP transformation programme and is seeking an experienced ERP Change Manager to lead the people side of change across the business.This is a pivotal role within a high-visibility transformation, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across multiple business functions. The OpportunityAs ERP Change Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the change strategy that enables successful ERP adoption.You will:Develop and own the end-to-end change management strategy for the ERP programmeConduct change impact assessments across business functionsPartner with business leaders and process owners to prepare teams for transitionDesign stakeholder engagement and communication plansLead readiness assessments and adoption trackingOversee training strategy in collaboration with functional leadsIdentify resistance risks and implement mitigation strategiesSupport leadership in driving behavioural and process changeEnsure change activities are aligned to programme milestones and releasesThis is not purely a communications or training coordination role - it requires strong stakeholder influence and the ability to drive behavioural change at all levels of the organisation.
