ERP Change, Communications and Training Lead £70,000 - £85,000 + bonus and comprehensive benefits Hybrid / Leicestershire / 1-2 days a week in the office Full Time / Permanent The Role: I am looking for an experienced ERP Change, Communications and Training Lead to join a large global brand head quartered in the Midlands. As the ERP Change, Communications and Training Lead you''ll lead the people side of a major business transformation, delivering the change strategy for the implementation of a new order-to-dispatch system across the organisation. This is a high-profile opportunity to influence senior leaders, engage frontline teams, and ensure lasting adoption across multiple sites and business functions. I am looking for someone who combines strong leadership skills with practical transformation experience and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels. This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days a week on average in the Leicestershire office.
