The client is transitioning from Microsoft Navision, paper-based and manual processes to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance andamp; Operations (Fandamp;O). The key focus of this role will be business process design and delivery, particularly across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) life cycle. Key Responsibilities Own and model the end-to-end Order-to-Cash business process, from customer order through fulfilment, invoicing, payment and reconciliation. Map and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for standardisation. Work with business stakeholders across 14 countries to understand local variations and define a globally aligned process model.
