ERP Business Analyst

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an ERP Business Analyst to join Liverpool City Council on an initial 6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 5 days per week. The successful candidate will support the delivery of major enterprise-wide transformation programmes, working alongside key stakeholders to improve business processes and embed effective ways of working. Liverpool City Council are currently implementing MHR i-Trent as their HR platform, alongside Microsoft Dynamics for Finance, and require an experienced Business Analyst to support these complex change programmes. Key Responsibilities Act as the Business Analysis lead on complex transformation projects and programmes. Provide expert business analysis support across strategic improvement and change initiatives. Lead the business analysis phase throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a key contact for customers, stakeholders and senior managers. Identify and apply appropriate business analysis methodologies, including approaches such as Lean and Six Sigma. Analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities and support the design and implementation of effective solutions. About You Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex transformation programmes. Experience supporting enterprise-wide change projects and ERP implementations.
