      <description>Location: Broughton | Salary: &amp;pound;33.44/hour | Type: Contract | An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ergonomist to join an established Manufacturing Engineering team in Broughton. This role will provide the opportunity to influence and drive change across a large-scale manufacturing environment, working closely with Operations, Design Engineering, Health &amp; Safety and other key stakeholders.  The Ergonomics team focuses on optimising human working conditions, reducing ergonomic risk and improving overall manufacturing efficiency, across both existing and new processes, tooling and equipment.   Role:  Ergonomist   Pay : -33.44 per hour via Umbrella   Contract:  35 hours per week, 12 months contract   Location:  Broughton - Fully onsite   IR35:  Inside   SC Clearance:  BPSS   Responsibilities:   Conduct ergonomic assessments and work analysis of assembly and installation activities, identifying risks and recommending practical mitigation measures.
