This is your chance to blend your expertise with digital innovation and AI to create a modern workplace that empowers managers and enhances employee experience!Location: Central LondonWork Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week in-office)Contract Type: 12-month fixed term contract (potentially to be extended!)Salary: 55,000Benefits: 25 days annual leave increasing to 30 days with service, 7.5% employer pension contribution, Cycle to Work scheme, discounts platform, 35-hour work week As the Employee Relations Transformation Partner, you will:Transform the traditional employee relations approach by developing a hybrid model that combines human expertise with AI, automation, and data insights.Empower managers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to handle employee relations matters proactively and independently.Collaborate closely with our Learning and Workforce Capability team and an outsourced HR Advisory provider to enhance the overall employee relations landscape.
