Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, ER Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Absence, disciplinaries and grievances
- Safeguarding concerns
- Complex ER cases
- Tribunal preparation and case management (c.30 live cases currently)
- Upskilling managers and driving accountability
