You ll play an important role in ensuring people matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation and organisational policies, while also coaching managers to build their confidence in managing employee issues effectively. What you ll do: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on a broad range of ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability. Manage complex ER cases from initial advice through to resolution, ensuring a fair, consistent and legally compliant approach.
