You will manage a broad range of complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and minimising organisational risk.Key responsibilities will include:Managing complex disciplinary, grievance, capability and investigation cases.Supporting organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations and workforce transitions.Building and maintaining effective relationships with employee representatives and key stakeholders.Coaching and developing managers to confidently manage people issues and improve employee relations capabilities across the organisation.Leading on absence management initiatives to support employee wellbeing and operational performance.Providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice on employment law, risk management and best practice.Supporting wider projects involving organisational change, integration activities and ..... full job details .....
