ER Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join an established professional services firm on a 3-month contract, working on a hybrid basis in their offices in Farnham.The role will provide support across a range of employee relations matters, working closely with managers and employees to ensure issues are handled fairly and consistently.Key responsibilitiesProvide advice and guidance on employee relations matters.Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.Assist with investigations and case management.Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Provide general HR advice and support as required.About youYou will be CIPD qualified.Previous experience in an Employee Relations or HR Advisor role, ideally working in a law firm, accountancy firm or professional services environment.Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR processes.Comfortable advising managers on a range of ER matters.Strong communication and organisational skills.Able to work independently and manage a varied workload.This would suit an experienced HR professional who can quickly get up to speed and provide practical ER support within a busy professional services environment. ..... full job details .....
