Employee Relations ManagerEmployee Relations ManagerSalary: £40k - £42k Hours: 37 hours per week Monday-FridayHybrid: 3 days office-based, 2 days home workingI am looking for an experienced Employee Relations Lead to join a fantastic organisation in a key role supporting complex employee relations activity across the organisation.You will act as a subject matter expert, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and senior leaders on a wide range of ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance and complex case management.The successful candidate will have strong employment law knowledge, experience managing complex ER cases, and confidence working with Trade Unions and handling challenging conversations. You will be comfortable advising senior stakeholders, leading investigations, producing high-quality reports and supporting consistent people practices.Key requirements: Minimum 2 years'' experience managing complex ER cases Strong employment law knowledge Experience working with Trade Unions Experience advising senior managers Excellent investigation, report writing and letter drafting skills Experience with HR case management systems and reporting Knowledge of right to work, sponsorship and immigration requirements Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (travel between services required)This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ER professional looking for a role with significant stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to ..... full job details .....
