My NHS Trust client are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly motivated Employee Relations Manager to join our People and Workforce team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR/Employee Relations professional to provide expert advice and leadership across a wide range of complex employee relations matters, supporting our managers to create a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace. Working in partnership with senior leaders, operational managers, HR Business Partners, trade unions and professional leads, you will play a key role in ensuring that employee relations matters are managed fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation, NHS policy and organisational values.As Employee Relations Manager, you will provide expert advice and guidance to managers across the organisation on complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
