My NHS Trust client are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly motivated  Employee Relations Manager  to join our People and Workforce team on a permanent basis.   This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR/Employee Relations professional to provide expert advice and leadership across a wide range of complex employee relations matters, supporting our managers to create a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace.   Working in partnership with senior leaders, operational managers, HR Business Partners, trade unions and professional leads, you will play a key role in ensuring that employee relations matters are managed fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation, NHS policy and organisational values.
