You''ll be the go-to expert for all things ER, helping leaders navigate sensitive situations while ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.This is a role where you''ll have real influence. You''ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, contribute to business change initiatives, and play a key role in shaping positive employee experiences.Key responsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.Partner with managers to support disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and conduct cases.Lead and support consultation processes related to organisational change, restructures and redeployment activity.Deliver practical, risk-based advice in line with current employment legislation.Analyse ER trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk.Develop strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted HR advisor.Contribute to wider people projects and continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
