      <description>Location: City | Salary: 500.00-500.00 Daily | Type: Contract | ER Case LeadLondon3-month Contract - Hybrid  500 per day Umbrella  ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a HR Caseworker on a 3 month contract.  The Role: Lead and manage a portfolio of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, long-term sickness, and conduct matters.Ensure all casework is accurately documented, legally compliant, and resolved in a timely and fair manner.Manage flexible working requests, changes to terms and conditions, and exit processes.Support the delivery of formal processes including redundancy consultations and TUPE transfers.Provide expert guidance to line managers and HR Business Partners on employment law and ER best practices.Coach stakeholders on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and procedural fairness.Escalate cases appropriately while maintaining ownership of resolution pathways.
