Your new companyI am currentlyrepresenting a highly respected financial services organisation responsible formanaging substantial assets and administering UK pension schemes. As part of anexciting period of transformation, the business is investing in its People functionand building a brand-new People Business Partnering team to support itslong-term growth and strategic ambitions.Initially focused onEmployee Relations, you will manage a varied and complex caseload while actingas a trusted adviser to leaders and managers across the organisation.You will:Build strong relationships across the business, partnering with leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives.Provide expert coaching and support to managers on employee relations, performance management and talent development.Manage complex disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and workplace conflict casesProvide expert employment law, policy and best-practice adviceSupport investigations and recommend fair, balanced and pragmatic outcomesReview and develop People policies and proceduresIdentify emerging people risks and trends through case data and insightSupport organisational change and work with trade unions or employee representatives when requiredAs the Peoplepartnering model develops, you will have the opportunity to broaden your remitand contribute to wider People initiatives and organisational strategy.What you''ll need to succeedStrong Employee Relations experience, with a proven track record ..... full job details .....
