The organisation values professionalism and strives to maintain a supportive work environment.DescriptionManage a high-volume ER caseload (approx. 15-20 cases monthly)Lead on disciplinaries, grievances, and appealsSupport and advise managers on ER best practiceOversee performance management and sickness absence casesEnsure compliance with UK employment law and internal policiesConduct hearings and produce outcome documentationHandle complex and high-risk ER matters, escalating where neededSupport HR projects (e.g. TUPE, redundancy, policy updates)Maintain accurate case records and HR systemsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the businessProfileA successful ER Advisor should have:Must be Available ImmediatelyCIPD Level 5 qualified (essential)Strong background managing complex ER casesConfident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentSolid knowledge of UK employment lawComfortable working fully office-basedStrong organisational and communication skillsExperience in health, social care or similar (desirable)Job OfferAccess to ..... full job details .....
