      <description>Location: Warwick | Salary: 45000.00-45000.00 Annual | Type: Contract | Employee Relations Advisor  39 hours per week (flexibility on start and finish times)  Fixed Term Contract 12 months  Based near to Warwick  Hybrid working 3 days a week on site, 2 days working from home Medlock Partners are partnering with a fast-paced manufacturing business, looking for a proactive and people-focused Employee Relations Advisor to join a dynamic HR team. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a broad range of employee relations activity, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. This role will be circa 50% project work, supporting the ER Manager with the set up of this new function, and 50% case work, so lots to get your teeth into.
