ER Advisor - Belfast - HybridThe OpportunityMCS Group is partnering with a large, multi site service organisation to recruit an experienced ER Advisor.This role offers varied, hands-on casework within a supportive HR team and exposure to a large front line workforce.The RoleKey responsibilities include:Managing grievances, investigations, disciplinaries and dismissals.Conducting investigations and producing clear reports, outcomes and recommendations.Advising managers on ER procedures, employment legislation and best practice.Supporting absence, performance, capability, TUPE and organisational change matters.Managing a varied caseload within a fast-paced operational environment.About YouYou should offer:Practical experience managing grievances and workplace investigations, supported by a sound understanding of Northern Ireland employment legislation.Experience writing investigation reports and reaching balanced conclusions.Confidence advising and challenging managers on complex ER matters.Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.CIPD is desirable.
