ER Advisor - Belfast - HybridMCS Group is pleased to be partnering with a well-established NI organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor for their Belfast-based head office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a collaborative and people-focused environment, supporting managers and employees across a large multi-site operation.The RoleReporting into the senior HR team, the successful candidate will provide practical and commercially focused employee relations support across the business while helping to drive wider people initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and support to managers on a broad range of employee relations mattersAssist with investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and absence management casesSupport the implementation of HR initiatives aligned to organisational objectivesContribute to the development and review of HR policies and proceduresPromote best practice and ensure compliance with employment legislation across NI and ROIWork closely with operational managers to support performance, engagement, and retention initiativesMaintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR reporting where requiredThe Ideal CandidateMinimum of 2 years'' experience in an HR Advisory or heavily ER-focused roleCIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent / willingness to complete)Previous experience within a fast-paced, multi-site environment (beneficial) Strong understanding of NI employment legislation; ROI ..... full job details .....
