Macildowie are delighted to be partnering with a large, complex organisation to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Advisor on an interim basis.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established HR function, working as the dedicated Employee Relations Advisor within the team. Reporting into and supporting three Employee Relations Business Partners, you will play a key role in managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters, with a particular focus on sickness absence management.This role would suit an experienced ER professional who enjoys providing pragmatic, people-focused advice and is confident managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.The RoleYou will:Manage a caseload of lower-level employee relations matters from start to finish.Provide advice and guidance to managers on sickness absence management and attendance-related issues.Support Employee Relations Managers with a range of employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, organisational policy and best practice.Maintain accurate case records and produce associated documentation.Build effective relationships with managers, providing commercially balanced and practical HR advice.Contribute to a consistent and positive employee relations service across the organisation.About YouTo be successful, you will have:Previous experience in an Employee Relations Advisor or similar HR role with a strong employee relations focus.Proven experience managing lower-level ..... full job details .....
