This is a hands-on role for an ER professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment. Reporting directly to the ER Manager, you will work alongside two ER Advisors to support the organisation''s UK based employees, across both school sites and the Head Office function. You will manage a caseload of complex cases, spanning the full spectrum of employee relations, while also playing a pivotal role in an ongoing TUPE project.
