This is a key role within a growing HR function, offering genuine ownership of employee relations activity and the opportunity to work closely with an experienced and supportive HR leadership team.The business is continuing to grow and has recently undergone a restructure, with a clear focus on strengthening its people function, improving systems, and building capability across the HR team. This is a highly operational environment, supporting a large and diverse workforce across multiple London locations.This is a hands-on, employee relations focused position, responsible for managing a high volume of casework and supporting managers across a complex, multi-site operation. You will act as a trusted HR advisor, ensuring consistency, fairness, and a strong employee experience across all people processes.Key responsibilitiesManaging end-to-end employee relations casework including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence managementSupporting organisational change, restructures, TUPE and redundancy processes, often within unionised environmentsManaging a live caseload of 10+ active cases at any one timeCoaching and guiding managers through ER processes and decision-makingWorking closely with operational teams across multiple London sitesEnsuring accurate case documentation and compliance within HR ..... full job details .....
