You''ll be supporting managers across a range of disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and workplace conflict matters, providing practical and commercially minded advice throughout.Working closely with the wider People team, you''ll coach managers through both formal and informal processes, support investigations, produce high-quality case documentation and use your experience to spot themes and opportunities for improvement.The ideal candidate will have solid ER experience - perhaps in a ER focused role previously!
