Employee Relations Adviser Location: Loughborough (Hybrid Working) Contract Type: Temporary Contract until March 2027 Salary: £15.20 per hourReporting To: Employee Relations Business Partner About the Opportunity SF Partners is working with a well-established organisation based in Loughborough to recruit an Employee Relations Adviser on a fixed-term contract until March 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with employee relations experience who enjoys providing practical advice, supporting managers, and helping to create positive workplace outcomes. Working within a collaborative HR team, you will provide guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, ensuring policies are applied fairly, consistently, and in line with employment legislation. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting managers through employee relations casework while contributing to a positive employee experience and the continuous improvement of HR processes. The Role As an Employee Relations Adviser, you will provide practical, timely advice and support to managers on a range of employee relations matters. Working closely with the wider HR team, you will help ensure employee relations issues are managed professionally, fairly, and consistently while promoting positive working relationships across the organisation.
