This is a senior delivery role, responsible for turning the existing training strategy into a detailed and deliverable plan, ensuring the organisation is fully prepared for EPR go-live.The RoleYou will lead the EPR training and end-user adoption workstream, working closely with programme leadership, clinical and operational teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.Key responsibilities will include:Developing the overall EPR training and end-user support delivery plan.Creating a comprehensive resource plan covering training, floorwalking, helpdesk and go-live/hypercare support.Assessing existing internal capability and identifying resource or specialist skills gaps.Establishing appropriate governance, reporting, readiness measures, risks and dependencies.Translating the EPR training strategy into a practical and measurable delivery programme.Leading the procurement, implementation and deployment ...
