EPandP Director, Global Process Owner – Source to Pay (S2P) role at TieTalent. The Enterprise Procurement and Payables (EPandP) Director, Global Process Owner – Source to Pay (S2P) leads BCG’s Source-to-Pay transformation through its final implementation phase and transition into a high-performing, business-as-usual global operation. This dual-phase role blends delivery and operational excellence, requiring a strong transformation mindset now and long-term leadership of a mature, scalable service model going forward. In the immediate term, you will finalize the change agenda and complete the rollout of S2P capabilities across the remaining global footprint. This includes cross-functional work to deploy, align, and stabilize end-to-end S2P processes (Source-to-Contract and Purchase-to-Pay) while embedding risk, compliance, and governance practices. Once rollout is complete, you will own the global S2P technical solution and end-to-end process, accountable for delivery, strategy, performance, user satisfaction, platform adoption (including Coupa), continuous improvement, and innovation. The role ensures S2P becomes a fully embedded, high-value business capability—efficient, controlled, and scalable with BCG’s growth. The role may evolve to lead additional technical initiatives and/or products for the EPandP team. You will initially lead two direct reports who own major parts of the solution (Global Process Owner – S2C; Global Process Owner – P2P).Responsibilities

Lead and support the final rollout of S2P capabilities across remaining markets; deploy, align, and stabilize end-to-end processes for S2C and P2P; embed risk, compliance, and governance practices.Own the global S2P technical solution and end-to-end process post-rollout; drive delivery, strategy, performance, user satisfaction, platform and process adoption (including Coupa), continuous improvement, and innovation.Ensure S2P becomes a scalable, value-driving business capability and partner with ES AI Center of Excellence and Enterprise Services Data teams to activate AI, automation, and analytics for smarter decision-making and increased automation.Leadership context

You will be a member of the Procurement Leadership Team, helping build and sustain a high-performing EPandP culture and collaborating with global, regional, system, and office-level Finance and Operational leaders. You will work closely with the ES AI Center of Excellence and Enterprise Services Data teams to apply intelligent automation and analytics to S2P.YOU’RE GOOD AT

Leadership and Global Operations

Extensive experience leading large-scale operations or transformation programs in global, matrixed organizations.Proven ability to develop senior leaders across geographies and time zones.Experience finalizing deployments and transitioning programs into scalable, high-performing operations.S2P, Procurement and Payables Expertise
