This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied role that combines technical support, hardware repairs, and customer service.What you''ll be doing: Fault finding and troubleshooting EPoS equipment and peripherals Providing first-line technical support via phone, email, and online systems Testing, configuring, and building EPoS hardware Diagnosing and resolving faults remotely and onsite Managing stock and assisting with warehouse distribution Carrying out onsite repairs and installations for customers Supporting and training staff and customers as neededWhat you''ll bring: Experience with EPoS hardware and peripherals Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office tools Ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel for onsite support Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently or as part of a team Leadership skills to manage small teams and provide onsite trainingAdditional details: Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire (office-based) Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm / Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm / Friday Full-time role ..... full job details .....
