This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with experience across stock condition surveys, EPCs and social housing/public-sector properties. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out property inspections and collecting accurate stock condition and energy performance data across a residential housing portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out stock condition surveys on residential properties Completing EPC assessments and gathering energy performance information Assessing the condition of building components and identifying defects Recording property condition and lifecycle information accurately Identifying repairs, planned maintenance and investment requirements Collecting data using handheld/tablet-based surveying systems Producing accurate survey reports and recommendations Working to agreed quality, productivity and health & safety...
