EPC Stock Condition Surveyor 3 6 Month Contract Location: Cheltenham Contract: 3 6 months Rate: £30 £40 per hour IR35: Inside IR35 Mileage: 45p per mile We are currently recruiting for an experienced EPC Stock Condition Surveyor to support a housing/property programme in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with experience across stock condition surveys, EPCs and social housing/public-sector properties. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out property inspections and collecting accurate stock condition and energy performance data across a residential housing portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out stock condition surveys on residential properties Completing EPC assessments and gathering energy performance information Assessing the condition of building components and identifying defects Recording property condition and lifecycle information accurately Identifying repairs, planned maintenance and investment requirements Collecting data using handheld/tablet-based surveying systems Producing accurate survey reports and recommendations Working to agreed quality, productivity and health and safety standards Liaising with housing/property teams where required About You We''re looking for a surveyor who has: Previous experience undertaking stock condition surveys Experience carrying out EPC assessments Experience within social housing, housing associations, local authorities or the wider public sector Strong knowledge of ..... full job details .....
