EPA Partnership Manager
Location: Remote, UK-based
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + depending on experience

The Role – EPA Partnership Manager

This is a key position within the partnerships team, responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients while contributing to business growth. You’ll:

  • Onboard and train new customers, ensuring they understand how services fit into the apprenticeship journey

  • Host regular check-ins and review meetings with partners

  • Identify and resolve issues early, spotting trends and suggesting improvements

  • Support business development by nurturing leads and expanding accounts

  • Maintain accurate records and dashboards within the CRM system

  • Represent the organisation at industry events and webinars

  • Stay up to date with sector changes, Ofqual regulations, and best practices

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a commercial mindset. Essential skills include:

  • Experience in apprenticeships or EPA (from a provider, EPAO, or similar)

  • Proven track record of managing long-term client relationships

  • Comfortable delivering online training or presentations to small groups

  • Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail

  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge of Ofqual regulation and EPA processes

  • Experience in an EPAO environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Confidence contributing to strategy and service improvements
