We''re looking for an EOTAS Coordinator to support our growing EOTAS service, helping deliver high-quality alternative education packages for learners outside mainstream settings.This is a coordination-focused role where you''ll combine organisation, communication and education sector knowledge to ensure every learner receives the right support at the right time.What you''ll do:Resource and onboard SEND tutors to support EOTAS packagesManage compliance and safeguarding checks across all placementsCoordinate individualised education packages for learners with SENDBuild strong relationships with parents, tutors, and local authoritiesArrange suitable venues for tuition and manage risk assessmentsTrack and monitor pupil progress through weekly and termly reportingSupport the implementation and evaluation of interventionsComplete and manage tuition request processes for local authoritiesWhat we''re looking for:Experience in a SEND or education setting (essential)Strong organisational and administrative skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and priorities effectivelyConfident communicator, able to liaise with a range of stakeholdersUnderstanding of alternative provision, EOTAS, or local authority processes ..... full job details .....
