Please call or email for a slot The Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) Assistant supports the ESH function by maintaining compliance, managing data, and coordinating safety initiatives. This role is vital for ensuring that workplaces meet environmental, health, and safety regulations, with typical responsibilities including the maintenance of data repositories, scheduling, and supporting investigations into incidents. The Role:So, what will you be doing as an Environmental Safety and Health Assistant? Act as ESH SME to the business unitProvide ESH expertise and guidance to Leaders and Staff membersSupport the RMS and EO ESH Manager with the ESH requirements and internal business area projectsSupport the Business ESH Management System to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standardReview all business ESH training requirements/evaluate feedback.Provide support and guidance to managers for workplace hazard identification, assisting in risk assessments and implementation of solutions, identifying and resolving any failure of complianceAdminister ESH records and digital compliance tools - keeping all ESH documentation, current and audit readyReview and maintain policies, procedures and risk registers - including equipment use, chemical and task risk assessmentsCo-ordinate safety rosters and PPE - manage first aiders and fire warden lists, and oversee the PPE ..... full job details .....
