This is an excellent opportunity for an environmental professional with strong technical expertise and leadership capability to make an immediate impact in delivering environmental protection services and ensuring statutory obligations are met.Key Requirements A proven track record in Environmental Protection.A degree-level qualification in a relevant environmental discipline.Significant experience working within Environmental Protection, including extensive practical experience using noise monitoring equipment, interpreting results, and producing technical reports.Experience in one or more specialist areas including air quality or contaminated land.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with members of the public, colleagues, stakeholders, and the business community.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload, meet statutory deadlines, and reprioritise tasks in response to changing demands.A sound understanding of the legal processes governing environmental enforcement work.
