The position is based in Birmingham, operating in a highly constrained urban environment featuring major structures, interfaces and tunnelling works.The successful Environmental Manager will:Provide day-to-day environmental advice to construction teams across a sub-lot, ensuring compliance with legal and project requirementsEngage and influence subcontractors to embed environmental standards through planning and deliveryLead on raising awareness, identifying training needs and contributing to site-based environmental trainingSupport the production and review of environmental documentation, including topic-specific assessments (e.g. dust, noise and vibration)Investigate incidents and non-conformances, driving corrective actions and sharing lessons learnedThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience in large-scale linear infrastructure (e.g. rail or highways) within a contractor, consultancy or specialist environmentStrong knowledge ..... full job details .....
