Environmental Health Officer/Food and Safety Officer (Food and Safety Team) - EH0301Full Time (Mon - Fri) 37 hoursGrade 6/7 Salary range £38,649 - £51,126 (Career Graded)Can you deliver a proactive and professional service, which will have significant impact across the council and its customers?East Hampshire District Council are looking for a qualified ambitious and innovative EHO/Food and Safety Officer, looking for a new opportunity in a busy Food and Safety team. You will have proven experience to carry out food hygiene and health and safety inspections, communicable disease, complaint and accident investigations. You will also have an important role in offering advice, guidance and support to businesses to achieve compliance in these matters.Previous experience in the regulatory or public health environment is essential. However, the post is career graded so applicants at the start of their career as well as those with more experience will be considered for the post.You must be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise your work. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be a great team player.
